BACKFLOW PREVENTION ANNUAL TESTING
Contact us if you have received a reminder letter from Sydney Water for the annual testing of your backflow containment device. We are backflow accredited licensed plumbers and can complete the test and lodge the test report with Sydney Water.
STANDPIPE BACKFLOW PREVENTION TESTING
If you have a metered standpipe with a backflow prevention device we are backflow accredited licensed plumbers and can carry out your annual test on site and submit the Backflow Prevention Device Inspection and Maintenance report to Sydney Water within 24 hours.
BACKFLOW PREVENTION REPAIRS
POC are experienced in repairing all different makes and models of backflow prevention devices, including Ames, Apollo, AVG, Caleffi, Conbraco, Febco, Flomatic, Tyco, Valcheq, valvtec, Watts and Wilkins Zurn.
ZONE & INDIVIDUAL BACKFLOW PREVENTION TESTING
As well as inspecting your containment backflow device, POC Plumbing can also test the other zone and individual backflow devices at your property. We will provide a report on these devices so you can be sure they comply with The Plumbing Code of Australia and Australian/New Zealand Standard 3500:1.
THERMOSTATIC MIXING VALVE (TMV)
POC service and repair all major brands of Thermostatic Mixing Valves (TMV), including Aquablend, Rada, Hansa, AVG, Zip Horne, Tomson, Mora and Stabitherm. They are primarily used in medical centres, childcare and aged care facilities to protect against scalding injuries, thermal shock and the build up of Legionella bacteria.
