Duplex Build In Engadine

Working with a fantastic local builder Dave and the team from Renxtend to build two families their dream home right here in Engadine.
Its always a pleasure working with high quality trades and its made this project stand out above the rest.
This is our second renovation build with this excellent team and we are excited to see what the next joint project will be

The extensive use of skylights gives these homes amazing light!

We were also lucky enough to complete all the plumbing and drainage for this project

Scope Of Work

Supply and install of new: (Colorbond Surfmist)

* .48 corri sheets (approx 460 sqm) in Surfmist
* Cappings
* Flashings
* Half round gutters
* Round downpipes
* Insulation – Anticon
* Ext Brackets
* Fascia covers
* PVC Downpipes
* Nozzles
* Stop ends
*Install Skylights on each roof

Took approx 2 weeks with all hands on deck and we did the plumbing work as well.
